Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of sea moss gel, 3 frozen bananas, 1.5 cups of almond milk, 2 dates (optional), 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, Instructions: Blend all the ingredients at the same time until you get a smooth consistency.
